Sqipp ("we", "us", or "our") operates the sqipp.com website and the Sqipp product. Sqipp is an AI cofounder for engineering and product leaders that runs in your browser at app.sqipp.com. Today it helps you replan your roadmap when plans change mid-cycle. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you visit our website, sign up for our waitlist, use our contact forms, or use the Sqipp product.
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
- Waitlist signups: your email address when you join our waitlist.
- Contact form: your name, email address, company name, and message content when you reach out through our contact form.
- Account information: when you sign up for the Sqipp product, we collect the information needed to create and manage your account.
Information collected through the Sqipp product
When you connect a project management or development tool through OAuth (such as Linear or GitHub), Sqipp reads project and development data so it can produce a replan grounded in your real roadmap. With read access, Sqipp processes:
- Issues, including titles, descriptions, states, priorities, and estimates
- Cycles and project structure
- Ownership and assignee information
- Comments on issues
- From any code repositories you connect (read-only, such as GitHub): repository, issue, and pull request activity you authorise
Sqipp also processes the situation text you describe when you start a replan, so it can understand what changed and tailor its recommendation.
When you approve changes, Sqipp applies them back to Linear on your behalf, scoped to the issues you authorise. Any read-only connections you add (such as GitHub) are never written to. Sqipp does not access your connected accounts beyond the read and write permissions you grant, and it does not connect to Slack.
How We Use Your Information

- To provide and improve the Sqipp product, including generating roadmap replans and applying the changes you approve to Linear

- Email and CRM: a provider that handles waitlist registration, enquiries, and product communications

These services process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum information necessary for each service to function.
